This is a new and exciting role for a marketing executive to join an expanding beauty company, Skin Kandy.

The Role...
We are currently looking for a talented, enthusiastic and creative Marketing Executive to support Skin Kandy in generating business leads and increasing brand awareness. Under direction of the owner, you will have the autonomy to drive product and brand awareness with the primary objective of increasing client base.

Skin Kandy is a beauty company servicing clients in Dublin. It was established in 2012 and it is an exciting time for a marketing executive to join the team. Skin Kandy is a fun, dynamic brand that offers clients an array of beauty treatments and who specialize in cosmeceutical skin care. Skin Kandy prides themselves on providing a high quality experience for their clients.

Essence of Role – Key Accountabilities

• Have an understanding of marketing principles, to be able to apply concepts to real world environments.
• Making relevant day-to-day updates to Skin Kandy website. Liaising with agency partner for more structural site changes when required
• Organic publishing and posting on Social Media Platforms on behalf of Skin Kandy, namely on LinkedIn, Facebook & Twitter
• Create/write blog posts & testimonials ensuring that these high-quality content pieces get good visibility through as many channels as possible.
• Reporting and Analytics – Updating reporting monthly, and providing insight about what factors may have influenced key metric changes.
• Contact companies to promote Skin Kandy corporate services to generate business leads
• Raise brand awareness with media, beauty magazines/journalists, TV outlets such as expose

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Holds a Marketing qualification with an understanding and knowledge of marketing and digital
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to discuss Skin Kandy services with stakeholders
• Motivated with the ability to work on their own initiative
• Confident, welcoming and hard working.
