The Organisation Aisling Project Ltd manages five Aisling Project centres across Ballymun. The Projects are an after school service for children and young people aged from 7-15yrs. Aisling Project aims to prevent early school leaving, support the community as a whole and improve school retention by running after-school intervention projects for children and young people from the Ballymun area.
The Role
CDYSB Youth Worker salary scales will apply. Working a 35hr week, Monday to Friday with Aisling Project, Ballymun.
The Coordinator will work within the spirit and ethos of Aisling Project. Aisling Project is an after school project working with children and their families from all across Ballymun. Our stated aim within Aisling Project is to provide purposeful activity in a caring and secure environment in an attempt to meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of each individual child. Ultimately, the Coordinator will ensure that, as set down in the objectives of the project, the children who attend Aisling Project are the priority of the project.
