Link Personnel are now looking for a Senior Marketing Events Executive for a 6-9 month contract.
Our Client, a large Professional Services Firm in Dublin 2, is looking for a Senior Marketing Events Executive for a 6-9 month contract. Salary for this role is to €55k . Our Client is looking to fill this role asap .
Key Duties:

• Event Management – planning, organisation and execution of seminars, conferences, corporate hospitality and client entertainment.
• CSR Management – co-ordinating and managing the development, communication and implementation of the CSR Programme.
• Sponsorship Management – identifying and managing key strategic sponsorships for the Firm and specific practise areas.
• Marketing responsibilities – other general marketing tasks as and when required.

The ideal candidate:

• will be a business or marketing graduate with previous marketing experience in the business to business sector. (Experience in professional services marketing is desirable but not essential).
• The candidate will also have experience in participating and ideally coordinating CSR programmes.
• Candidates must be self-starters with high levels of energy and enthusiasm and a positive attitude towards people and work.

Key Requirements:

• Strong track record in event management and communications.
• Extensive Marketing experience, preferably region 5+ years , part of which should have been gained in a professional/financial services environment.
• Experience in CSR management is highly desirable.
• High degree of technical proficiency using Microsoft Office and Outlook applications.
• Previous experience with Database Management Systems.
• Exposure to other packages such as Photoshop an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, to prioritise effectively and to demonstrate a high level of initiative.
• Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Working Hours:
As with any Events role, a high degree of flexibility will be required as events often take place outside working hours.
