Would you like to add Ireland's biggest festival - St. Patrick's Festival to your CV? Good news, St. Patrick's Festival organisers are looking for Fitzwilliam Institute students and graduates to help with few important jobs over the Festival weekend, as follows:
Friday– 17th (morning till cc 4PM) – Parade:
Grandstand Assistants, role: Assisting grand stand managers in preparing the grand stands for the parade, and helping with the smooth running of the grand stands during the parade.
M&S VIP Hospitality Assistants, role: Helping at the VIP area to welcome and guide guests through Marks & Spencer on Grafton Street. Distributing goody bags. Walking VIP guests to their grand stand seats after breakfast. Welcoming guests to VIP lunch after parade and assisting in clearing of reception area.
Sunday – 19th (morning till cc 5PM) – The Big Day:
Artist Registration Assistant, role: Assisting Registration Manager with checking in artists and performers, keeping the Green Room tidy. Helping performers find their areas.
Event/Set Up Assistant, role: Assisting the manager, set up, take down, queue management, helping people while participating, assisting facilitators.
They will also have Volunteer Meeting this Saturday, 4th March @ 11am at Gresham Hotel
Members of Festival departments: Programming, Sponsorship &Marketing, Hospitality and Production will present their departments and volunteers roles.
Volunteers will meet the team behind the festival, other volunteers & get briefed on the specifics of your jobs over the festival weekend.
